## AI summary

These running shoes are designed for runners looking for dynamism and lightness for their fast training sessions or competitions. The update of this model is distinguished by the integration of a new particularly responsive foam and an entirely redesigned mesh upper that improves comfort and foot support. The thickness of the sole has been reduced, which offers a better feel for ground contact but may be less suitable for runners used to maximum cushioning over very long distances.

## Strengths

- **Increased dynamism** — The integration of a new foam offers a very responsive energy return with every stride.
- **Lightness** — The overall weight of the shoe has been reduced to improve running efficiency.
- **Optimized mesh upper** — The new upper design ensures a precise fit and better breathability.

## Weaknesses

- **Firmer cushioning** — The reduction in sole thickness favors ground feel at the expense of plush cushioning.

## Frequently asked questions
