This AC adapter is designed specifically to provide continuous power to compatible camera and video bodies. It stands out as an accessory particularly suited for extended shooting sessions in the studio or for long-term video projects, thereby avoiding the constraint of battery life. Its use is mainly intended for static indoor or mains-powered use, which makes it less relevant for nomadic photographers who do not have direct access to an electrical outlet.

## Strengths

- **Studio use** — Provides the continuous and reliable power essential for long indoor shoots.
- **Ideal for time-lapse** — Ensures uninterrupted operation of the camera body to capture sequences over very long periods.
