## AI summary

These running shoes are particularly appreciated for their daily comfort, offering one of the best fits ever designed by the brand. They also stand out for the dynamism of their forefoot stride unit, which provides responsive and pleasant cushioning during regular runs. However, their relatively heavy weight is a limitation for speed sessions or tempo training, where they lack lightness.

## Strengths

- **Fit comfort** — The structure offers exceptional foot support and a step-in comfort considered among the brand's best.
- **Dynamic cushioning** — The unit present in the forefoot ensures an efficient and responsive bounce with every stride.

## Weaknesses

- **Heavy weight** — Their overall weight is deemed a bit too heavy for runners looking for speed.
- **Limited speed** — They prove to be less suitable and a bit too heavy for interval or tempo sessions.
