I like K-beauty toner.  The Round Lab Birch Juice Moisturizing Toner is excellent.  I apply it a.m. and p.m. by applying the K-beauty 7 layers technique.  My skin loves it so much.  No need to apply serum.  Just put on moisturizing cream.

This is a really lovely, beautifully formulated hydrating toner. It feels lightweight but immediately nourishing on the skin, preps the face well for subsequent makeup steps, and has absolutely no scent or fragrance. I fell in love with this right away, but sadly I did get a few very small red bumps from using this. I have remarkably sensitive skin so I don't expect this to be a typical experience, but if you find that botanical extracts don't agree with your skin, then this might not be for you. Other than that though, I would recommend this to all ages and skin types.

If you are looking for a gentle, hydrating, simple, no-frills toner (sans the witch hazel, alcohol, added fragrance, and essential oils) then this one from Round Lab, made primarily of birch juice should work for your needs. It is essentially like water - colorless, odorless, and enriched with the benefits of birch juice and hyaluronic acid. When paired with a moisturizer of your choice, this toner helps boost moisture retention. Mild enough for dry, sensitive skin. I liked the use and quality of this toner.

I've tried a ton of toners, and this is my new favorite one.I have combo skin: oily around the nose and chin, extremely dry everywhere else.This toner is barely thicker than water. I shake a bit into my palm, rubs my palms together, and then pat into my face.It absorbs instantly. It's not the slightest bit tacky. Some other toners feel a bit tacky at least when they're drying. This has 0 stickiness to it, and absorbs pretty much immediately.It is super hydrating, and indeed does keep my skin from drying out even with the sub 30% humidity levels in my house due to the heather running constantly.I recently also got the toner pads that I like to cut and use just on my cheeks and forehead.This is a fantastic hydrating toner.
