Terms of use of OpenReviews public services

The services described here are published by INFLATE, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €500, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 945 119 048, whose registered office is at 99 avenue Achille Peretti, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine (France).

These terms apply to the OpenReviews public services:

• the openreviews.io website: product pages, rankings, search and review submission;
• the connector for AI assistants, at https://api.openreviews.io/mcp.

The services offered to merchants and marketplaces are governed by a separate contract.

The public services can be used without an account. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the services, in particular for maintenance.

Ratings, review counts, summaries, strengths and weaknesses are produced from consumer reviews, using the method published on the Methodology page.

They are provided for information only, are not purchasing advice, and may contain errors or be out of date. Each product page shows the date of its last update.

When an AI assistant uses the connector, the answer it writes is the assistant's own. OpenReviews provides the data and the link to the product page, which is the reference.

By submitting a review, you agree to describe a genuine experience with the product, without unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and to disclose anything you received in return.

Reviews are moderated under the same rules whether the rating is high or low: a low rating is never a reason for rejection.

You may not:

• circumvent the call limits or security measures of the services;
• systematically extract all or part of the data to republish or resell it;
• use the services to publish fake reviews or manipulate ratings;
• present OpenReviews data without citing its source.

Occasional quotation of a rating or a summary is allowed, with the mention “OpenReviews” and the link to the product page.

OpenReviews summaries, rankings, database and trademarks are protected.

Reviews remain the property of their authors, who grant OpenReviews the license described in the privacy policy (section 8, “Review licensing and network syndication”).

We do our best to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that the services are always available. This information does not replace your own judgment when you make a purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law, in particular as a consumer.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, including for the AI connector (section 12).

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

These terms are governed by French law. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
